I am a Doctoral graduate of Alliant International University, San Francisco and licensed Psychologist in California.  I have provided therapeutic services for 20 years. I have worked within community based mental health clinics, wrap around restorative justice programs, international school counseling departments, wilderness therapy programs, Sport’s Psychology Clinic and currently a private practice in Kentfield, California.

I have experience with adults, multi-stressed families and youth at risk, a certified Parent Child Interaction Therapist, a participant of the Outdoor Behavioral Health Care Council, and a Consultant for families inquiring about Wilderness Programs. I provide therapeutic services that offer a connection to nature and opportunity for adventure based activities that encourage movement and support towards wellbeing.

I am proactive, solution focused and relational while working with my youth clients. I offer experiential learning whereby therapy skills are rehearsed during adventure activities and within a supportive relationship, metaphors of learning are then creatively verbalized in a cognitively developmentally meaningful way such that insights can be applied in their life in a positive and empowering way. I provide classroom behavior assessments, advocate for the collaboration with teachers and the youth’s learning network to develop individual wellbeing plans and strategic behavior plans that are implemented and supported as a team.

I offer office and mobile therapy, uniquely bringing my clients to the outdoors; strengthening individually tailored interests that encourage well-being, relational skills and self confidence.
